this is the right way to approach others religion. for example in catholic, our priests can only talk about islam only if he study islamology in arabic even in islamic university
Hi Ethan! As a cradle Catholic, I enjoyed watching your video and learning about your perspectives on theology. I am currently applying to a Master's program in Theological Studies at a Catholic university. I also have a copy of "Jesus and the Jewish Roots" I just started reading it. Best of luck with your studies and faith journey.
Hey, thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts! You’ll have to let me know what you think about that book. I haven’t started it yet, but maybe I’ll make a video on it after I finish 😅 Best of luck with your application process!
Hi Ethan. I loved your honesty and laughed when you looked back and what you said to the man on the bench. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and insights.
I can’t say I’m involved enough to comment on the state of Catholicism as a whole in Belgium. Moreso, I am just studying catholic theology and have made a ton of catholic friends!
Oh boy, good luck with your spiritual journey. I hope one day you’ll realize you actually don’t need organized religion(s) to obtain your goals. The things: all the treasures you need is within and this is one of the hardest spiritual concepts to understand. All religious hierarchies build their organizations on the foundation of spiritual teachings but oddly enough, they have no interest in exploring spiritual concepts. They will hand you this beautifully wrapped package while also refusing to explore the inner contains. Statements like: "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" seems odd to some people. if you know it and can practice then it negates the need for any religious organization. Religion is almost equivalent slavery ( it doesn’t have to be this way ) for the mind because distorted teachings trap you in one mode of thinking. Self exploration will always be the key.
In individualist spirituality, it's harder to be held accountable. Plus, you're relying on your own thoughts. Plus your characterization of organized religion does not match up with any organized religions I have interacted with.
Wow, nice! I actually got accepted today for the Bachelor's degree in Theology and Religious Studies at KU Leuven.

Come home brother. Welcome back to truth.
Nice video. Tell us how do you see Catholicism in Belgium. There is a crisis in the Church for what is happening in Belgium, Sweden and Germany.

Catholic try to unite, whereas Protestant is constant into division. What does that tell you?
