Thank you gentlemen! Just recently diagnosed with Gleason 6, my urologist is having a 2nd biopsy rating to confirm the scoring, his concern is my 10.5 PSA and the 2 lesions on the MRI.

Just watched Clarity Pharmaceuticals on YT.... their approach with radio ligands x2 is in clinical trials and so far 👍
So why don't they do PSA followed by mpmri followed by psma PET scan then from there possibly biopsy
