My name is Sara and I love the creative process of content creation to change persisting narratives about the African continent. I'm a Somali-German diaspora kid, living in South Africa.
One thing that struck my when I moved back to the continent was that was I was seeing and experiencing didn’t quite match what I had been told through mainstream media growing up in Europe.
This inspired me to pick up my camera, my phone and my drone to tell inspiring stories about this beautiful continent.
So far, I've travelled to 18 African countries. My dream is to visit all 54 countries in Africa before I turn 40. #africatravel

Thank you, Kadija! I’m using the DJI Mini 2. Great for beginners imo. For general filming, I use my Sony a6500, DJI Pocket & iPhone 😊
