first band I ever worked for. I mean as an artist and musician myself, as a life-long music maker and lover... I have never put the amount of blood, sweat and tears into trying to work for this band purely for the music. no crushes. no pay. just love for the music and the people making it. Unsound was kinda bullshit. it was my first real job at 17. but Kilgore- the music, the diligence, the emotion... the HARD BEAUTIFUL PAINFUL MELODIES... at such a formative time and at the end of an era... it was and is still... such an insporation. thank you. so grateful.
well I got paid I was like an intern at the label but it was shit. could barely keep food in my belly and wheels on my board. but I loved every moment of it and would do it again. and I will volunteer for the kilgore reunion tour. ;)
