An astounding and amazing piece of academic research, and concepts of law, and history of law. Worth the watch!

Thank you so much for sharing with me an infamous fragment of the Hitler's Nazi horrendous regimen, via this lecture.
It must have been a painful odyssey it is to recollect such memories and to recount them.
The crimes and cruelties committed against my sons and daughters, my fathers and mothers, my brothers and sisters hurt me deeply, regardless their ethnicity and nationality.
In Isaiah 2: 4, Jehovah God, the Creator and Source of life, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, promises:
"He will be judge among the nations and will settle matters in relation to many peoples. They will turn their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. The nations will no longer raise their swords against each other and learn no more to wage war."
My immediate neighbors are Jews and I am a Jehovah's Witness.
Their hearts are superior than pure gold by far. They are extremely kind.
The gentleman takes care of my trash can every Wednesday without my asking him to do so. They are lovely human beings, and they are not in need of the smallest improvement.

I am one of the lower classes, untermench I suppose, who happens to believe Brexit was a good idea even though I voted against it. Obviously you see nationalism as having the potential for another Shoah, although, strangely, you seem to think those who support Scottish nationalism may be immune. Another lecture spoiled by another luvie who wishes his own agenda to be linked to history.

What a hypocritical lecture. Many facts were omitted and the main characters of the lecture turned out to be small persons and cowards not characters shown in the lecture. Lwów in 1939 defended itself against the Germans, but when the Soviets entered, it capitulated to them. On September 22, 1939, the commander of the defense of Lwów, General Władysław Langner, signed a capitulation with the Soviet command, providing for a safe march of soldiers of the Polish Army (including officers) and police towards the border with Romania, after laying down their arms - this agreement was broken by the Soviet side after laying down its arms by arresting everyone and taking them deep into the Soviet Union. Officers participating in the defense of Lwów were held in the camp in Starobielsk, and then overwhelmingly were murdered by the NKVD in Kharkiv and buried in the death pits in Piatichatic and Bykovnia. Lwów policemen were murdered by machine gun fire on the road leading to Winnica. These are a part of massacre called Katyń Massacre in public circulation. Under Soviet occupation thousands of Poles were deported in 4 waves to Syberia. Ukrainians were treated better as they were part as Russian propaganda was saying "gathering Rus lands" But Ukrainians who oppose communism were also persecuted. Most Jews took part in collaboration with Soviets. When Hitler attacked Soviets in 1941 this happened: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NKVD_prisoner_massacres. ["only"100 000 victims] When the bodies were discovered there were at first revenge pogroms against Jews later changed into German organized killings. Ukrainians welcome Germans but not Poles who treated Germans as mortal enemies and who were already decimated by Soviet occupation.
And now about Nuremberg farce. First when Germans discovered Katyń they accused Soviets of murder of ca 22000 Polish officers. In revenge Soviets accused Germans and broke diplomatic relations with the Polish Government in Exile [when it asked The Red Cross to check the graves]. When Soviets reconquered place, where Katyń lies they established Burdenko commission who authoritatively stated that Germans killed the Polish officers. This narration was in operation during Nuremberg trials. USA, France and GB didnt opposed Soviets. If Katin was German thing they should be acussed and tried. But it didnt happened. Or Western Allies should accuse Soviets as Katyń was an open secret. Allies didn't do it. They also didnt care about 100000 victims of NKWD prison massacres or 100000 victims of Wołyń massacres [Wołyń] was mentioned in the end of lecture by participant] And these two hypocrites Rafael Lemkin and Hersch Lauterpacht didnt say the word about genocide of Poles, Ukrainians. For them it was not a genocide? And let`s not make them heros who initiating genocide convention as they were cowards, blind on one eyes and probably Soviet puppets.
