OH MY GOD. This is by far twice's hardest choreography. I never thought that it was tiring because they just doing so elegantly and it just makes it look like they're just jumping rabbits, but hell nah, it feels like I went running and jogging for 10minutes. I'm just amazed at how they can do it, this choreography requires a lot of control over your body, I seriously sometimes can't even jump properly because of all the jumping it requires. I think their legs go up more than 20-30 times in just one chorus tbh. Just look at their footwork in all of their dances, they are truly queens and are so talented at dancing, singing and rapping, Twice!
Actually if you dance a lot ypur body can get muscles, i've been dancing for 6 years (since i was 6 ) and actually i had so much muscles that whenever i just watch the dance every 3 to 4 times i get to memorize the steps, but it is a bit tiring :>

it's ok to make it slower to suit your speed :) i'm a very slow learner, but after enough practising, your body starts to memorise the moves. go at your own pace!
