Tom Jones is one of the best singers of our time. He is a judge on The Voice UK talent show. He can still belt them out. Awesome ❤
Tom was one of the premier voices of the 20th century. And he's still going and still sounds incredible.
Tom Jones is not american, he is from Wales in the UK.

A phenomenal performance. Tom is one of the greatest singers in music history. He's 84, still performs occasionally and I believe still a judge on the Voice UK. Many very good songs to check out. I'm glad you both this performance so much.
Tom Jones is a judge on The Voice -UK.
He can still sing, too.
Definitely, I believe I was reading he retained 90% of his singing voice. Englebert is one of the greatest singers ever, he's 89 still recording some music. Did a duet with a woman recently
You said it, a masterclass, absolutely heartfelt rendition, a master singer with soul and feeling. Beautiful , and thank you
Listen to Tom sing “Green Green Grass of Home”…❤️🎶
He is a prisoner, awaiting his execution…
Makes me cry…EVERY TIME…💔
Your statement "I have experienced magic". I think that is a good way to describe first seeing this performance.
Great reaction. I loved the borderline shock from the fella in all the right places and watching the woman fall deeper and deeper in love with the voice and lyrics. Sorry it's my first time seeing you guys so I don't know your names, but will definitely be checking out more of your videos.
Thank you for properly appreciating Sir Tom Jones! I love him so much, and he still sounds fantastic today.
I smiled through your entire reaction. Thank you for that.
Tom Jones is in his 80s and he is touring America.
Sir Tom Jones is 84 years old still touring and still sounds awesome ❤ 👍🏻😁🏴
LOL, Try "What's up Pussycat!"
My mother watched his live performances, and the women in the audience would throw their hotel room keys and undies on the stage! I was too little to understand why. But later, it became clear! 😅
The song is titled « What’s New Pussycat? »😊
@richardgratton7557 Yes. That occurred to me after I entered it. It's been a while. Lol. Thank you.
Sir tom jones is from wales.
he knows hoe to use his voice.
he also knows hoe to sell a song, get into the emotion of the song
he at that point been heart broken cause he married his childhood sweetheart.
he knows heart break now cause she passed a few years ago.
this was written by skiffle singer lonnie donogan.
his son peter auditioned on the voice uk where sir tom is a judge.
they did this as a duet.sir tom was in his early 80's.both his wife and lonnie peters dad whom tom was friends with had passed.
you can find it on here and see the emotion in sir tom's eyes.
i loved your reaction.very animated.
Tom Jones was a Welsh Singer and a Ladies Man!
He is a Welsh singer. He's still alive. He just turned 84
Do you remember when the woman here in America 🇺🇸
Would throw their underwear at Tom up on stage when He did live shows
We watch it several times And WERE SHOCKED Especially doing it back in those days back in the 60's / 70's
They Literally had to Give WARNINGS before the LIVE SHOWS for the Women NOT TO DO THAT...or they would be asked to leave his concert
That was Crazy
This song always make me Cry !😪😥😢😭
He's still going strong in 2024 and im going to his gig on Friday in Halifax, Yorkshire, England 🎶🎵😁
GREAT REACTION GUYS, GIL FROM ISRAEL
Am Yisrael Chai, Chaver!!
@@jimhoffman6979 love you guys xx
Try Delilah by Tom jones. You'll love it.
This is Tom Jones at his very best.
Song written for him by Lonnie Donegan, great writer and performer.
No it wasn’t Lonnie Donegan originally released the song in 1962 but it didn’t do anything
Tom Jones recently sang in France at the D Day commemoration, he is in his 80s and his voice is as fabulous as ever. He is Britain's favourite star, a proud Welshman. He sang with Elvis and starred in Las Vegas. The Voice is a programme on British TV Tom sings on it sometimes. Try finding him singing "I won't crumble", it's what he sang in France.
Have a listen to a young woman from Wigan, England, name of Lucy Thomas. Her voice is like liquid gold and her latest cover, Unchained Melody is simply amazing. She turned 20 this year, has released 5 albums and has had a stage musical written for her (Rosie the Musical) which will hopefully be in the West End of London next year. ❤
I understand that this clip was from the Dusty Springfield show, another great British singer from the '60s!
Tom Jones is awesome. I saw him do an interview about the song Thunderball for the James Bond movie of the same name. He hit the note so hard at the end of the song during the recording that he blacked out and passed out right in the studio. That was the take that they decided to use for the film. Surprised he didn't blow his throat out lol.
All done live.
great pick, do more from him please!👍
Wonderful heartfelt reaction guys! Tom doesn't just sing a song, he feels it from his head to his toes. Try A Little Tenderness, I Who Have Nothing, Without Love. All so good.
If you want the goosebumps to continue you should react to "I Who Have Nothing" by Mr.Jones.
The Welsh master at his very best. Lovely to see your reactions guys x Love from England
All the ladies love Tom Jones...
And the guys wish they could sing like Tom Jones, lol!
Amazing talent. And a nice guy by the way.
poor little lady's heart was about ready to melt right then lol
Great reaction and appreciation. I am Welsh like Tom, saw him last year and he is still awesome. Absolute legend
Great reaction.
Please react to Billy Joe " I Love You Just The Way You Are".
Probably one the best romantic songs of all time.
Yes Billy Joel
Tom Jones is from Wales and is a great singer. He is a judge on 'The Voice ' in the UK and he sang this song with the son of the writer of this song who was Lonnie Donegan (a singer in his own right). He still sounds much the same as he does here. Another great voice from Wales is Shirley Bassey who sang 3 James Bond theme tunes including 'Goldfinger' and 'Diamonds Are Forever'. Check her out and she still sounds great at the age of 87.
@@spacefanatic Absolutely gorgeous voice…❤️🎶
The movie “Goldfinger” would not be the same without Shirley Bassey singing the theme song…
Loud Guys, PLEASE react to: "Tom Jones - Treat Her Right - This is Tom Jones TV Show". I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOVE IT!
He sang that song live. Bravo!
The girl host is so Beautiful and I love her long beautiful black hair ! GORGEOUS !!😘😍
Yes. Totally.
I think he's adorable, too.
This was 1967. Tom Jones was a very good friend of Elvis.
As you said, "A Master Class". If you go back and write down the lyrics, and then, follow along SLOWLY to listen and make note of the differences and progressions/digressions in not only the lyrics, but also his delivery. You may notice him almost crying with his voice on verse three right as he goes from "it looks like" to "I'm never gonna..." In verse two, he pulled in a lot of 'pained' air just after "when I caught you in his arms" and before "I just broke down and cried".
As the song moves forward toward the end, each verse shows us not only sadness, but a growing exaperation with the situation the protagonist finds himself in as he realizes what it is he is acknowledging along the way. If I may, again, notice how in verse three, Tom drops the "You" as he sings "All those things I heard about....", but, you'll notice that the level of pain has risen to exasperation by this point and then the final words and exclamation - "A....gain" which is delivered with a finality and pain that is undeniable.
Those are just a few things to notice. If you do go slowly and consider every single word and note, you will come away with an understanding of WHY Tom Jones, and the crooners/stylists/interpreters of his era were so darned good.
Consider Dionne Warwick's performance of "Walk On By". She tells a sad story as well, and as well as Tom, but, she does it with a softness and a brokeness all her own.
Again, this was a MASTER class in song/lyric/story interpretation. Today' artists could take a note and perhaps try to learn how to sing and tell a story. This is emoting, and taking it BEYOND just a sad song...
I wish you two the best with your own journey into the music realm. Perhaps you will share an original song with us someday??
And he's still going strong today
You should take a look at the righteous brothers unchained mallory
My favorite duo!! ❤️🎶
Unchained Melody.
Nicely done!
You guys are great - loved the reaction :) 👍🏻
😂😂😂 I love watching you two ❤ I wish you where my neighbour's, I bet ya she's got some whopping recipes 😏👍🇬🇧
I love the salute! 🤣🤣
Otra chica enamorada de Tom Jones
Great reaction.
Tom Jones is an icon. You need to check out his song Delilah. You will love it! Love your reactions!
Well done, Sir Tom. Check out "Delilah".
I am new to watching the video's and I don't know if done any reaction video's on singers like Johnny Cash Waylon Jennings or Luke Kelly and the Dubliners. I would like seeing more reactions of music. I only say something because I know that everyone like's music and I like to talk about music most of all if first meet someone because it's possible that like different kinds of music and will open yourself to new music that possibly would like.
Tom just recently past away. I love his voice and his songs. I don't know why this song makes all the girls cry. Never hit me that strong. Try ""DELILAH "" then some funny ones.. Maybe ""WHATS NEW PUSSYCAT""
@cherylsims5636 Tom Jones has not passed away. He is 84 years old as of this last June 7 and is currently on tour in Spain and the UK for the summer.
Funny that - he was performing in Plymouth a couple of days ago…
@@boomeister2 Wrong SON he died, Better go double check
Im gonna check. If he did, it would have made headlines across the world. @cherylsims5636
@@cherylsims5636 - According to Google, Cheryl, he is on a world tour until August, and the tickets for his Spain dates, and future July dates are still on sale . . .???
Loud guys, you should check out a female singer named Lisa Fischer - How can I ease the pain? Great singer
She's Smokin' HOT!
Good reaction
Great times, I lived at the time when men were men. We had Tom Jones and Elvis Presley
If you like this song I think you will like"love me tonight".
Listen first comment AFTER !

Women would throw their underwear on stage when he performed.
VAT IS DAT VOIS??
He is great, but please listen to Elvis singing this song.
A British friend of Tom's, called Lonnie Donergan, wrote this for him, and it's never bettered. There are a multitude of songs written for Elvis, and the same applies. Elvis was a Huge fan of Tom Jones
Check out..... SHE'S A LADY
American!!!!???
You are seriously crying for Tom Jones, this guy has been a player all his adult life even though he was married at a young age and was still married at the time of his wife's death:, yes so Tom has a great voice but sorry not of good character
This song does relate to many people. I hope it doesn't relate to you.
Mister Drama King & Miss Drama Queen ! GO WOKE, GO BROKE 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sorry I tried to watch this I just can't take that Indian accent anymore
That was so irritating... you two kept talking through the whole song!!! ‼️‼️‼️😳
It is a reaction video. They have to, or they get booted
@cynthiaahern9081 ... they kept talking when the music was playing.... and they obviously talked when they paused it to comment. It was extremely irritating that they kept talking when it wasn't paused for comment.
Check out Gene Pitney and Roy Orbison.
Don't break it up guys. Listen, then comment. You lose a lot of the impact of the song and that voice. Now play it non stop and see.
Check out "Les Bicyclettes Del Belsize" by Engelbert Humperdinck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
let's not leave out, this was 1967 and on live tv
Could you please remember to rewind 5 seconds if you need to pause. You miss way more of the video than you could imagine by not doing that.
I think he was 26 in this clip! Amazing voice!
"What is that voice" ..... that you just shut off.
