In Karnataka lottery schreme was started in the year 1969 and went on till 2006. So many people have found employment in selling lottery tickets and by the commission amount they found their livelihood. So many Lucky people became winner of lakhs and crores with the tickets they bought. But in 2006 Government's dirty eyes fell on this activity and giving clumsy reason they banned sale of lottery tickets and assured parallel employment to lottery ticket sellers. But even today that assurance is in cold storage. Why government still counting Meena - Mesha to ban horse racing, Sale of liquor which also have the same result what the government cited while banning sale of lottery tickets and Saraai. Because the lobby for both are very strong that, no Government is dare enough to touch it. What a shame.
