Thoughts: - Baji sacrificed himself for kazutora, but the only way to save toman is not to die, it shouldn't be an option if u want to really save mikey and touman cus dying is the one mikey really avoids. but one has to choose kazutora and baji promised him so baji died for him, forgetting the fact that mikey was only here to get him back and not kill kazutora. it just happened that kazutora became uncontrollable thats why he needed to be fought back real hard. - Mikey disbanded touman was an act to save his friends after knowing the future of him killing them, he promised takemichi he will protect them thats why he chose to distance himself. all his efforts in that timeline were all to save his friends. - Now the timeline where mikey killed his friends was the time he lose his shits too after his distress got piled up. like everyone had their own time to lose their shits (kazutora, izana, peh yan) of cout he has too and its not gonna be easy for everyone because mikey holds a lot that anyone couldn't imagine. he was triggered by takemichi leaving toman, knowing its finally his only way for getting better. his friends shouldve known his trauma, but no ine seemed to get it so mikey lashed out with them falling for it. its his turn, its just happened that his turn would be stronger and darker. - Now the future when he shot takemichi, its something for himself finally. imagine doing everything to distance yourself and making your friends hate u to protect them, seeing them with happy ending except you, of course thats depressing. but he did it anyway for his promise. but someone wants to go back to the future to change it. takemichy's reason is good and mikey knows that but the guy is freaking tired and you would not mess with that cus anytime he will surely break down like anybody else. but takemichi took the risk, he understood mikey and knew he'll be in trouble for this. mikey shot him because his tired and doesnt want takemichi to leap back, and also try to tell him some hopes that would be impossible. in the end mikey chose to kill himself showing that he literally gave up already. - Every mikey's actions have reasons that were misunderstood, we cant just collect them and make it bad cus thats how most of his friends are doing. everyone can freely lash out but if its mikey's turn, they think he needs to be stopped. its unfair. and this is why he's depressed cus no one seemed to really understand him after he only did is to preserve his people.
You know at 2:01, as far as I know Mikey, he actually did throw that punch with killing intent but he suddenly had a change of thought and takemicchi survived 😂
