I am laughing so hard right now. I work for DoD and we can go to Arbinger training for free. New staff are required to go. In the 2 day session one of the video examples was about a nurse who kept doing blood draws in the wrong room, even though she was repeatedly told not to, and it was backing up work for other procedures. Her boss used Arbinger process to find out the problem - turns out she was older and the lighting in the other (wrong) room made it easier for her to see. Well - when the class was on a break one of the young nurses made the comment that maybe she shouldn't be doing her job any more if she can't see well. This young nurse definitely needed to "read the book".
I just finished a Parenting class and we had to read the book, The Anatomy of Peace, that she is referring to. It is life changing for not just parenting, but also spousal relationships and work relationships.
Hahaha loved her deadpan way of telling the story and the illustrations were so on point! Very entertaining but I wish it was longer I am very interested and the anatomy of peace and any book that can help me communicate better and have authentic relationships☺️❤️🙏🏻✌️

Wonderful! One of the best I have heard recently. She didn't even need to close the loop on the books: They suck.

Great. I love the way you make it so easy to get what this is about. I read the book like 2 years ago and buy It and give away to people I meet.

She apparently got ahold of the ppt. Nice job Jo. That was brilliant!
where are those graphics sourced from!?
Original is by Allie Brosh, author of the website and book Hyperbole and a Half. Not sure if that is every image or just the bulk of them.
Why the infantile images?
It was 27 minutes video yesterday...what happened??
Nice presentation 😇👌👌
