Ok i'm a loyal user of subliminals so ive had a few expierences on how to make this work faster:
1. No-mirror challenge. You should avoid seeing your reflection on any surfaces including phone screen, laptop screen, shiny tiles, your pictures, etc, to the point where you cant remember how you look like. Stuff your phone with your desired face pictures, or print the pictures and hang them any where easily seen.
2. Now, imagine yourself as that person, everyday. You can start dressing like them or find pictures in which they dress like you.
3. Visualise yourself as that person before falling asleep and after waking up, along with using a booster
With consistency and perserverance it should show results within a month, or faster if your subconscious mind is strong enough. Good luck!

3. visualize your desired body/face/ whatever you want. For example if you’re manifesting losing weight, visualize yourself losing weight.
4. listen to boosters to get results quicker and have stronger results!!
5. practice giving gratitude, for me i always write in a journal three things i’m grateful for in the morning and it makes me feel good
6. lastly, have patience! sometimes results can take a while but it’s all worth it in the end, don’t try to rush your results or you’ll lose motivation
