      if u keep it consistent with strict form, u can learn all of these skills under a year. calisthenics is easy, its only hard when ur not dedicated to training beyond ultra 1million percent. slow progress is still better than no progress. “obsessive” is only used by the weak who are not dedicated, this is dedication.

    if you realy made that much progress within a year you deserve HUGE respect and a roud of applause (sorry but it's still hard to believe maybe it's me not training hard enough)

      Gravity Boy bruhhhh. I learned the fucking human flag in a month, it’s only core and shoulders, that’s all you need to train every time.

      Haha so you tried yourself and can confirm for every other individual that it is impossible to learn all this in one year?!:D I don't know how tall or heavy he is, but I think it is possible if you put in the work every day and realy love the training!

    Straddle planche by half a year, and straddle planche pushups sometime between that? Plus the ridiculous progression in handstands? Unless you SOLELY focused on shoulders, no way this is possible in that time frame

    Nice video, compiments.. I'm a little deluse for the timeline.. Other world big atletes take 2 o 3 years for half o those skill..Is hard to believe you do all in a 1 year.. Larosa, Yatarov,Kamemov and the others start with endurance and year after year add skills.
    By the way your passion is a good motivation for us..enjoy :-)

    I can do about 5 muscle ups but clean form and stradle planche and full front lever.

    I started street workout 2 years ago,for the first year i learned a clean muscle up, slow muscle up,back lever,superman planche and i mastered handstand, and my goal was front lever so i started training it after 2,3 months of street workout but then i was still learning the correct form on pull ups and everything, i was still an absolute beginner so after a month or so i stopped training it because i didn't see any progress and in this 2 years of training i started to train for the front lever 4 or 5 times and stopped everytime the last time was 2 months ago because i started going to the gym (it is winter in my country atm.) and 2 months ago i was able to do it for 3 seconds but bad form and now i'm determined to train it correctly and consistently so if you could tell me because i want to train for the front lever and train for strenght at the same time.So if you could tell me how should i mix it up with my gym training i do day 1 back and arms, day 2 legs, day three chest and shoulders and then 1 day rest and repeat.So i dont know should i do it before my workout after my workout mix it up with my workout or have a day just for front lever .I would really appriciate it if you could reply . Thank you and an awesome progression

    • @cristianmarginian8627
      @cristianmarginian8627 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Front lever
      Try to do advanced tuck front lever pull ups . And with time you will get one leg advanced front lever.
      It doesnt matter if you bent your arms . Do it the way its easier for you.
      Important is to be the first thing done in your training( you need a lot of power for it)
      About the form , dont focus on having a perfect form. Try to get a long hold in a bad form . THE PERFECT FORM COMES WITH TIME.

    This is absolutely insane progress for only one year.
    How many times a week would you train the same musclegroup?
    How many sets would you do for a single static or dynamic exercise?

    • @calisthenicsadventure7645
      @calisthenicsadventure7645  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends . I do only strength and balance training. I recommend train the same muscle groups 2 times a week for 3-5 sets of 5 reps as a base. Choose a few exercises that contract the most muscle groups. Your results will shoot to the sky :)

    Awesome progress bro, keep it up! I wanna ask you somethig, im really motivated i can do clean muscle ups,flag(for 5 months of training) but my fingers(flexors) and foreamrs starts hurting me when i try to do stuff like handstand or even tuck planches. How to strenghten them and become better at this moves?

    • @calisthenicsadventure7645
      @calisthenicsadventure7645  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes. I had too problems with that. The solution is push ups on fingers. (Fingertips push ups). Progression 1. Fingers Push Ups on wall 2. Fingers Push Ups on knees 3. Full Fingers push ups. Do it 1-3 Times a week. 2-3 sets. Max 5 reps in set.

    That's insane progress for any time scale, how many people in the world can achieve this in a year?
    For context, what were your age and height and weight? For tall people past their puberty gains this seems to be almost impossible, although Pietro Bruno at 180cm is not short, since you mentioned him as one of the guys with incredibly fast gains.
    I guess for this progress rate you need a combination of excellent genetics and training principles and lifestyle factors like nutrition, recovery and stress management.

      I saw in another video's comments that you are 16 years old. Puberty really helps with strength gains, it's like having access to natural steroids. So you are making a great use of that advantage, you are one of the strongest in the world and you have a lot of potential you can still unlock, you made a great choice to start training early.
      What are your current height and weight?
