What should be the strategy for someone who has been in the same company with overall 10.5 yrs of experience and last 3 yrs as relevant Salesforce experience? Pls help

I have people who has moved from teaching proffession to salesforce and have got good compensation and what i learned from them is that they showcase more of management skills along with salesforce
As they have previously worked in some other domain they showcased that they know salesforce along with management skills which is very useful because such people can easily replace tech leads for a while ( i have seen this personally)
And also you can specify that no matter what the domain logic everywhere is almost same , like if i wanna update an object in salesforce similiarly i also need to update the table in python using code so basically logic and goal everywhere is same only difference is language.
So basically yes you can quote a bit higher than a normal 3 years experienced guy can but suggest you to use laddering effect like lets say u are on 20 rs salary then dont go and ask for 30rs jnstead just say i need 22 rs and then again get offer from another company to 24rs and slowly reaching to 30rs.
If you have good skiils, reasonable offers in your hand, and very realistic ask for salary then this laddering effect works like magic

I have been in IT support project for most part. It is just that in last 3 years got the chance to learn and shift to Salesforce. Now I want to shift and increase the salary as you know staying at one place it hampers your CTC. But the only problem is whenever I get calls and I tell them about relevant experience, there is a sudden change in HR behaviour. Maybe I need to quote less. Also, at this stage, is it required to study and learn integration? because I do not know about that.
@nileshpareek3631 at your it experience you must know integrarion, atleast concepts and basic level no one asks very difficult questions of integration in interviews but you should know
One more thing why are you telling them u have no exp 😂 just tell them u have 4-5 yrs exp who has been there to see that u actually have or not, but please improve your skills to that level first then u can use this way actually when hiring usually companies ask. Relevant exp but they never check that u have actually worked or not 😂( honestly this is not recommend way actually but have seen this happening)

Also, for 4-5 yrs level what all can they expect?
@@nileshpareek3631 form any project man whatever project right now you are said i develeoped usinh salesforce, but be assured what else things are used in your project and usually in india for project they just wanna see the business part and not the coding done in it instead they directly go to the questions that they are prepared on.
For an example you can form any project tell them the busienss side, if they ask how u did say i cant discolse architecture they will understand that u might have some clause and move to general questions that they might have which are not related to projecf
