yeah i think they got the bigger versions of all the burgers but the nuggets were smaller portions
all depends on location as well. Some locations may not offer the 50 nugget thing, and I think the point was mainly to eat every like "item" not necessarily the biggest order of it. Kind of like Keith on Try Guys but to a more completionist form because there's like 7 of them.

Watching people that dont have bad eating habits really hits hard. A quarter pounder and a mcdouble doesn't fill me up and seen any of them struggle really drives it in that I need to cut back on how much I eat.
Beth together should be around 850 kcal, the average person Burns 1800 calories a day, while doing absolutely nothing. So its really not that much
@@robinb2292 the problem is that its 850 kcal in one sitting. Most people eat twice or more a day. If OP doesnt feel full with 850kcal, adding another 200 kcal worth of food (maybe some nuggets) is 1050 kcal. Lunch and dinner of similar caloric quantities means they will have excess calories (assuming their body metabolizes 1800kcal by doing nothing) meaning there is a 300kcal excess. Exercising can help, but life can take a turn. Miss the gym once and getting back to the rhythm can feel punishing. (Midnight munchies don't help)
So yeah, depending on their body mass and how intense their exercise routine is, it is actually a lot of food.
Personal experience, I do find that eating less can make the stomach 'shrink'. Intermittent fasting worked for some people (not too well for me though).

@@devilboy648 it's called sarcasm, and whether it's our job or not, that doesn't mean we are going to be all happy and joyful about making it, besides they way you talk, you've never worked at a fast food place and like the others who haven't assume that making everything on the menu for one order even when it's pre-ordered while making food for a constant line of mostly rude customers especially on busy day is easy and that we shouldn't complain.
