I am so glad your first vid about new player tips landed on my recommended page, and now I'm aggressively sharing your vids with my friends who I want to rope into playing ER or those that I wish can remove their "auto-pilot" mentality that they learned from League. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to your other videos!

hi! i enjoyed the last video but i did want to put my two cents in for this one as someone who isnt really a top player but ended decently high this season (7058rp in NA): - i think people that want to improve should start ranked immediately as its a much better environment for learning compared to normals and honestly there shouldnt be that much pressure to perform when you first start out in iron. the entry cost is small enough that you can slowly climb while learning how to contest objectives/tempo/match ups/macro. - keeping a smaller champion pool at first is much better for climbing AND learning the game. you can get very far one tricking in this game (mine was arda) because being able to pilot a couple characters really well will make it much easier for you as you continually work on your macro. macro is possibly the biggest difference between the ranks and the opportunity to improve it never ends - transition/rng priority is 100% a thing. certain characters require a lot of transitions and some characters function fine with very few. being able to optimize how the team allocates credits and rng is part of improving as a player. yes, that does mean sharing rng when required, but that also means buying/giving rng to your adc when you are playing as a tank despite having very few yourself. (this becomes more nuanced as you get paired with players of vastly different skill levels though)
I think it's up to preference, but what you're saying is not wrong either! I definitely have no problem with one tricks, and if that floats your boat do it. 👍 As for funnelling, at lower ranks it's not as prevalent as I've seen it in higher ranks. It definitely is a mechanic that is learned over time and I hope I didn't give the impression that it's not an option. I was trying more to promote being a healthy teammate and not a toxic shitter haha. I probably just didn't explain it very well. :) Thank you so much for your input, a different perspective is always so welcome! 💙
Just starting to play for a week with my friends and we're about lv30 so this video helps a lot. Looking forward to seeing more tips/clips or sth from you. 🎉
love the memes u used, also your channel is a hidden gem and as a veteran in this game i’m learning so much 😅 also I was in one of your clips and i died off screen im humbled LMAO. if u ever plan on opening up other social media I’d love to support you and your endeavors !!
I agree with you, I think players should wait a bit before playing ranked. I also wish the tutorial was revamp and much more clearer and playing for objectives, battle zones, etc 😢
I absolutely agree! Hopefully they're planning to overhaul it soon so that it's more comprehensive and applicable to the newer players and the other mechanics besides just kill. 😅
This game looks neat! Ive never heard of it! Is the community accepting of new players? Or are folks going to assume i know evergthing and get mad when i dont?
The community is very welcoming to new players but you need to be vocal that you are to your teammates. Nine times out of ten they are pretty accepting if you are upfront about it. I also just came out with a discord that specifically is for new players if you're looking for help! 💙
i dont agree, everyone should start playing ranked ASAP,because ranked is ranked, low ranks play against low ranks, noobs figure out the game ,and the skill level is somewhere close, atleast on paper thats what this should be,playing normals when i reach level 30 i already play against fancy shmancy high level players ,and thats not what i want to be doing,i want somewhat fair play in ranked, which is somewhat dead, atm im sitting in que for over 30minutes now,its crazy
Didn’t watch the video yet. But here’s my take. DO IT IMMEDIATELY ONCE YOU GET LV.30. Why? You learn the importance of your decision making and if you need more practice with your character. You also get a taste of toxic ppl which will help to find the good teammates and those you want to avoid. I had my share. IF! You are still scared to rank? - find some buddies and friends to play with

My account is level 41 and I mostly play Adina. I fully agree with what you said.
Thanks for the Video just starting and appreciate the info.

That's totally fair, this game is a lot to swallow in the beginning.
