I will never forget this show. I've seen the band 13 times, and this was the absolute best one. The set list was insane, and we all knew it in the moment. Also, Jon's voice was unusually spectacular (less nasal + more grit).
A solid main set and then an amazingly great encore with some great performances from both Richie and Jon. Had I known this would be the last great year of this band, I certainly would have made an effort to get to some shows. Thankful they're meticulously preserved on here.
Like I've said before, it's heartbreaking how it actually was the last great year of the band. I used to be so proud of how good the guys looked and sounded during the circle tour, and it really didn't look like it would go south so fast from this point...
@@konpap9595 the real problem was that Jon made them start working on WAN way too soon when they (Richie in particular) were still burnt out from The Circle Tour, which was their longest tour since the 80s (or possibly 90s? Maybe on par with the KTF or These Days tours? @hAnD90 would know).
Man, Jon was certainly feeling it here! This was one of his more recent vocal resurgences for sure before things unfortunately started to go a bit wrong. His energy during this show rivals any point of their career and the end of In These Arms (my fave song btw) gives me goosebumps!!! Thanks for sharing this with us 🤘🏼

David Bryan (piano) & orchestral version
I often forget how ridiculous Love For Sale is but at the end of the day it’s Bon Jovi and they make it enjoyable at the same time lol
❤❤💯💯👏👏👏
Without Lorenza Ponce on the violin, viola, tambourine & backing vocals
She Does A Great Job & Has Alot Of Fun When Playing With The Guys..
