Matthias Nebel has such wonderful talent and his own style. I may be a senior but I grew up during an amazing time of music, and I like to think that he would be a huge star then, like I think he is now.

@@shaunschmitt139 Only one judge (Rae) said that though, afaik. Also this point cant be the reason, since both times he went to the Semis where the public votes? I mean the voters are mostly Laymen. In his first Semi finals he just had a song that didnt suit him at all. I think with a better Song he would have won. In the second one he lost against the later winner.... Allthough I personally prefered his performance. He advanced through all the stages where the coaches were judging, even the one who critizised him for that point. So "resulting in choppy songs" must be an exaggeration. He wouldnt have advanced that far and wouldnt have gotten all the standing ovations and praise by the coaches if that was the case I think?
@@lhmagix873 only one judge team (the one who said it I saw was a duo judge ) specifically said it.. but the others agreed to it and said as much.. they literally said that and then other judges verbally agreed at the side.. And sure they put him all the way through.. because despite that when that's the only problem and his competition is worse than him he's still the better choice.. unfortunately being laymen means not being able to tell that if others "sound" like it's better if you don't have a professional ear to listen to it with
I love The Voice of Germany not just because of their great blind auditions which was shown here but the appreciation also of the coaches through different race and their music too ❤
Not to mention the "Creep" version in The Voice Kids by Mimi and Josefin, that should be viral around the world and those girls should be worldwide known right now.

The last voice was not so strong but she has a strong ability to focus it right. Together with a heartbreaking performance made this song performance a masterpiece. Everyone were excellent on this video.

Hanging tree will always have a special meaning to me, just because of Jamie aldition I searched for the song, found the movie version, that made me curious so I devoured all the 4 books in less than a month and watch the movies, glad to also had the pleasure to see the last on this past December on theater, a thing that I hadn't done in years, so thank you Jamie-Lee for the powerful performance ❤️

I have always loved Matthias but where is Sébastien and the sisters who sang Creep? Those are my absolute 3 favorite auditions on the Voice Germany. But the guy who sang Rocketman jusr got put on my favorites list too! I have more favorites on the Voice Germany then I do the Voice in the US!
I'm happy, that there are 3 of them austrian singers (Matthias, Alexander and Denise), beside Matthias also are Andreas and Nico my all time favorite. But you make a big mistake @best of The Voice, you also forget Sebastian Kreuz. I had to be on this list, too

I love the german coaches. Both Mark Forster and Nico Santos are now in my Spotifylist, would never had knew who they were if it wasn't for this show.
