Alcatel never had Android 12, 13 and 14

I saw Alcatel phones which were launched in 2023 with Android 12.

@anuragkumar0914 I googled Alcatel Android 12, and some of the Alcatel devices I found there with Android 12 had TCL UI. 😲

Because Alcatel was manufactured by TCL ,so Alcatel have TCL UI
