This would destroy their rhythm of growth both as a player and as a person.

I think the fact that a large chunk of their team is made up of players below twenty-five makes their team vulnerable. Young players should be managed in such a way that fatigue and EPL's physicality don't catch up with them.
This didn't start today. The likes of Kanye, Pulisic etc weren't small boys, even Reece James couldn't be considered one. We had our youngest team under Lampard in his first tenure and never had as many injuries with Eva Carneiro showing her stuff in charge of the medical team.

Their players at spurs were rarely injured and a lot of them like son or Kane would play almost every game for years. So I wonder if he changed the fact that his players had to do heavy conditioning since he could just buy more players. I feel like if poch had his spurs team and the funds at Chelsea he probably would’ve won a league title with spurs and maybe the UCL, but I think he might’ve changed a lot since his last two teams basically have infinite money for him to spend.

I'm a Chelsea fan and I'll share with you something not many people know. Years ago when we were still being managed by lampard in the first tenure we had a shit ton of injuries. Pulisic was in and out of the team and the national team but the USMNT was intent on playing him until he picked up an injury in November. We didnt play him for a while but he eventually got back into the team but what you may not remember is that Chelsea posted a training video where he came back and was visibly unable to even stand properly much less kick a ball but was in first team grass training (I've checked to see if it's still on TH-cam but Chelsea's vids only span back 2 years). after this he was one of the most injury prone messes I've ever seen. I'll let you make ur decisions on what to think about the med team and their decision making. In case there is a possibility of finding this again I believe it was between October and November 2020

honestly, if we all recovered, got a new owner, a new medical staff, and everyones skills back, we would 100% be top 5 again. And even right now, we are doing exceptional compared to last season or the beginning of this one. Pochettino keeps most of our players confident, like nkunku, who is injured quite a lot, and palmer, who is doing amazing with a £35 million raise in transfer price, and the rest of the team playing pretty solid. we just need some more confidence for younger and unexperienced players, a new owner, and the curse over chelsea to be locked away
In my opinion (coming from someone who comes from the medical field) when you have too many patients aka too many players it’s really hard to keep track etc. in pre season you definitely will spend less time analysing and doing tests on players then during the seasons it’s the same, that’s why there’s loads of injuries.
No we don't, both starting fullbacks, half our midfield, our best attacking player and arguably our best central defender all out for 85% + of the season, at one point we had 14 players out

Lavia played 2200 min last season he has played 30 this season. Rlc and pulisic had so many injuries and couldnt play 20 games without getting injured but they have both played about 40 matches this season its not normal

Take for instance Wesley Fofana, he has always had a bad injury history while at Leicester city, Romeo Lavia came to Chelsea injured. Christopher Nkuku wasn't always fit at Rb Leipzig - bringing such player to a league such as the premier League with with it's intensity and physicality, injuries are bound to be recurring. The medical team too also needs overhauling
