    And thank you for wearing the head camera to do this so we can have a better picture. Is very hard to jump smash with the camera.

    안녕하세요 빅민턴님 영상 흥미롭게 봤습니다. 저도 점프 스매싱을 좋아하는 동호인이고 어떻게 하면 더 위에서 공을 빠르게 칠까 고민을 많이 했던 것 같습니다. 이동선 코치님께서 배드민턴적으론 워낙 자세하고 섬세하게 알려주셔서 그 부분에 대해서 제가 따로 설명 드릴 부분은 없는 것 같고. 피지컬 적인 부분만 봤을 때 이런저런 영상들을 찾아보다가 빅민턴님께 도움이 될 만한 영상을 준비했습니다. 서전트 점프에 관한 내용이고 저도 더 빠르고 높게 뛰어서 점프 스매싱을 할때 피지컬 훈련에 많이 도움 받은 영상 올립니다. 항상 건강하게 운동하시고 도움이 되셨으면 좋겠습니다. 빅민턴 화이팅!

      영상 중간에 설명이 있습니다. 착지할 때 따로 하면 앞으로 차고 나가는 동작도 가능합니다.

    Why do we need to fold out legs so much during the jump? Can we fold less? Folding more gives more power?

    How i learn to jump smash? I go watch Goh V Shem smash compilation and put it on slow motion. Trust me, no badminton player except Goh V Shem in terms of perfect posture for jumping smash.

    I support your playing and badminton is my sport. But did you know that there are many lungs that collapsed due to wearing mask while on a strenuous exercise? Masks might be doing you more harm than good.
