this is what iv always been talking about.. why do we have leaders?? to guide us..is there a law to punish anyone who throw rubbish anywhere? If there is,, why is it that our streets are dirty?? People don't even have problem dropping rubbish anywhere.. these are some of the things we're expecting from the l¶w..to punish anyone who deliberately drop rubbish anywhere.. Sometimes I feel bad seeing someone drop rubbish anywhere on our streets and they are not punished or questioned
