Milton Keynes: 2020 vision

In 1996, on the eve of the creation of the new unitary authority of Milton Keynes, I was commissioned by Milton Keynes Borough Council to create a tape-slide presentation which represented my vision for the way Milton Keynes might be in the year 2020. It was used as a stimulus for discussions with the new staff.
Like all good visions, it was very optimistic, and for those things that have not materialised yet, there are still 5 years to go!
