I have only discovered this channel a few days ago. I also play guitar but this is just such a great and different style I wonder if Cam is self taught and where what and who inspired him to play like this. It's a fantastic sound.
such an excellent, informative video. You've really created a beautiful tone and this is a delight for all us tone chasers. I'd love to hear the origin stories of your guitars as they both have loads of character.
hey Mr.Cam Cole! you're music speaks to my soul i love watching you play or even just talk about your life and whats going on. I'm a guitar player as well and would love some advice on making music the way you do it's captivating
Amazing videos mate. Incredible how you can turn your hand to everything! Did you put the pickups in yourself? I'm thinking of adding some bareknuckles to a 100quid start copy. Much love ✌️
Man I discovered you last year, best find of 2019 for sure! I've been wondering, what is that mic? It looks very much like a Green Bullet mic inside a plastic cup. Keep the awesome content coming mate! :)
Ok... I can tell that electric isnt some random back woods thrift shop guitar... That bridge on that electric is damn good... It's got good parts U just scuffed up the paint hard... I like it
Cam, PLEASE do not change when you are a big star! Your music is as original as the sound of any legendary musician ever. Guarantee you will be considered one of the best one day. Keep rockin, we love it!
Martin Sørnes No time like the present. Best time to learn, with free resources everywhere, and good quality reasonably priced instruments. You can do it.
this is awesome man. have you ever thought of trying out a baritone guitar? im a bassist but from what i know about guitars i'd think a baritone would better suit that tuning right?
Hey Cam, I'm enjoying your music so much man... big thank you and greetings from Germany! I need to ask you if you still play the song ,,widgy"... idk if it's spelled correctly but in an older video on yt you performed the song live on the streets and I can't find it anywhere else :)
Hi Mr CamCole, A QUESTION: which fingers and strings do you use to actually play "minor 3rds" and "major 3rds" when you switch between minor chords and major chords...? (because in your tuning your open strings neither seem to provide an "open version" for a major chord nor for a minor chord...)
@@georgsimon1102 you question is wrong since he doesn't really play minor or major chords, it's just power chords as you can hear, you can't play anything else with a bottleneck!
@@guitaristssuck8979 well actually, I noticed, that most of his songs either start out in e-minor (as the root) and then the "flat" 3rd step, the 4th step, flat 6th step, flat 7th step etc. + G (implied? as major) and likewise +A major, and C major, and D major, (and sometimes the 5th step, B major), OR some songs start out in A (seemingly as major) as the root... and then the flat 3rd step + the 4th step of A etc... but maybe it's just the context that seems to imply either a minor, or a major character per step, but it seems that in some of the chord steps he's not just playing the root notes + the 4th and the 5th as you seem to suggest, in some of his chords I seem to hear actual minor 3rds and in some actual major 3rds... :)
I did put a bare knuckle pickup in it, so it’s had a bit of money spent on it.... check out bare knuckle pick ups and zvex guitar pedals, those two are ment to be together 😃🙏🤘🤘

I just found you. Damn - you can jammm. I really like it.
digging the tones, what amp do you use with that box of rock pedal for that heavy dirty sound? sounds sweet!
it just wont be the same sound if your guitars dont look like they were bought from a pirate ship

Ohaw semper fi
Dryer kool, what amp is creating that distirtion
did you build that whole "drum kit" contraption yourself? its amazing.. looking to do something similar
no it was built by farmer footdrums :)
Do you not have a 6th string? Just 5? Or you do have 6 and ignore the high string?
Hey first off your bad ass. I want to know about that drum you play with your feet? Did you invent it are what is it called? How can i get one?
Hey man it’s a farmer foot drum! Check out farmer foot drums, they are the nuts mate, the best one man band drum kit set up available! 🙏😊
MrCamCole who taught you to tune and play? Did you learn by yourself thru experimentation, or did someone show you? Curious

hah sorry man i have sadly no idea what you mean here.
можете записать пожалуйста туториал на песню "i see"?
That guitar is cool! what brand is it/whered you get it??
its an old kids bass guitar i modified into a guitar 20 years ago ;) no idea about brand etc.

Shure green bullet into a guitar amp
Dear MrCamCole Thank you. I listened to some green bullets - it must be more the sound of your amp. Thanks. You are very good.
Which amp and guitar models to you play?
✌ from Ukraine
The sound nice with acustic..get a soul blues
Do you ever use minor tuning?
Tell us about your tattoos!
That's what I thought... Isn't it drop d.... Something sounds like it...
Did u say Korn style guitars... U talking corn.. or Korn..
I think Cam's flea market guitar sounds better than my Suhr Stratocaster. So spending all that money wasn't really worth it?
