Exactly, Can't agree more. There's Chinese stall in my locality, i often have fried rice there, cheap & tasty. Out of curiosity few days back i tried most expensive item in it's menu expecting it to be something special. That disaster dish was "Triple Rice", it was just more qty of pitch dark red rice(due to over added Schezwan) plus thick Schezwan gravy over added above the rice. I couldn't eat more than 4 spoons🤢
