Supercell’s wording was “we have decided not to run a medal event in July, which also means we will not have new hero equipment.” Seems unambiguous to me but maybe they do release an equipment this season in a different event? Guess we will see.
This is the actual video I’m waiting for - I stopped playing CoC ever since. Along with their new directions, it’s really hard to stay onboard, they need to talk to us and explain themselves.
As a F2P player with at least one maxed equipment combo for each hero (just level 20 gauntlet tho), I think it's good news because it would finally let me upgrade the more niche equipments like the spiky ball and fireball.
What Supercell needs to do is introduce a new defense event / money grab that can help survive this meta. Start that Pay to Defend Mechanic. You want a chance at defending? Feed this new Defense Gems. 😂
@@BlueprintCoC hmm, that might not be that bad of an idea especially since offense is just getting stronger. Allow players to set equipments for both offense and defense but same equipments can't be for both. This way its also a win for Supercell since gives players a reason to level up all equipment even the less popular ones cause they could be better for used for defense rather than offense. We could use something here cause these hit rates are getting a bit out of hand. 😅
Here is the thing. Coc should reduce equipment event length not remove it completely. Instead some event should be equipment less and ore based reward with event medals. So that everyone can catch up .. specially starry ore..
Please dont rework rocket spear, we dont want another broken eq for our hero 😂, i think its one of those equipment thats more niche usage, kinda like queen's giant arrow, hog puppet should be epic tier while rocket spear should be normal tier, thats more like it
Thanks for the video. I liked the live attacks with your commentary as you attacked. I wish they did an event with no new equipment. I like the ability to use 3 super troops and I buy the event pass so the extra ores helps.
The super troop/ore events are appreciated but yeah so burnt out by the constant events (though partially my own fault for having so many accounts lol). Definitely appreciative no new Epic equipment.
I don't think that drastically increasing the damage of the rocket spear is in line with its intention. It would become too much like the fireball. I think a better solution is to drastically increase the blast radius. Therefore, the splash will weaken nearby targets so when she switches to them they fall faster.
It’s good news in one way as we can focus on the ones we have. But as you mention starry ore is so hard to come by and not much you can do about it or speed it up. I really think we need new ways to collect it with activity. I still have 4 epic to level up and I’m not f2p.

So all players should have ability to get them atleast level 20 after a month of release . I think it's better to give us time to stockup & not use ores to stupid equipments like earthquake boots 😅

To max an epic equipment, needs 480 stary ores and they only come from raid medals and regular wars. From my calculation (with assumption of 80% winning rate in wars), we need 10 weeks to get 480 stary ores. So yeah, ideally the new equipment should not come faster than each 10 weeks or so
I am happy they are not introducing new equipment but they could have given us a event for ores sad about that and hooked which version of fireball strategy do you think is better the one you are using or the double hero charge.

Supercell sent this to us as part of the creator program so that we could release it today, seems they haven’t made it public though as it’s not announcement worthy for them.
I think they should release new equipment's every month. We can choose whatever equipment we want to upgrade. So i don't understand why everyone is against equipment release every month.
If the ore economy was better I’d be all for new equipment each month as they add awesome attack variety to the game. But glowy ore is terrible for everyone and starry ore for F2P is so bad it’s ridiculous.
On the flip side, maxed players like me have no real reason to spend on CoC without monthly events. I’ve got 15 maxed equipment, 3 at level 15, and maxed ores just slowly dripping ores on upgrades for stuff do not care about. I was looking forward to some exciting new equipment, but instead will probably have little reason to log onto CoC after CWL.
Will the ores be available to purchase in the weekly deals? I get so much ore to catch up my equipment in the weekly deals when an event is going on..but since there is no event… no ore either? That would suck….
I thought about that but wanted to try something, I generally find live attacks more funny/entertaining whereas replays/pre recorded is more analytical/educational and wasn’t thinking I’d do that this video. Maybe I should have though the video was kind of a mess. 😂

Just play the game. Do your star bonus every day, do every day cw and do your 2 attacks. I have every epic equipment max and Nearly every normal Equipment Max and I just play the game normally with like 4-5 attacks a day per account
@@ocinhardtoptc5651 I’m a fully maxed out th16 mate. Always between 5.5 and 6k in legend. Almost all my epic are max except for my fireball and the spear. All the equipments I’m actually using are max as well. So don’t worry I know the basic 🤣. But what I want is to maxed out all the equipments to be able to switch strategy as I’m please. So we need more ores, and as for now the best way to get them is from far during the events mate !
@@vapor78 when pets came out, it took time to max them. It’s the same thing with the equipments. It takes time and they want your to play the game and don’t max everything the first day
@@ocinhardtoptc5651 we don’t have as many pets. And with ruins, books and hammers it’s quite easy and fast to maxed them out. So, it’s not exactly the same. But I got your point. All I’m saying is that we need more opportunities to get ores more quickly! By events or any other way ….. That’s it.

Epic equipments can come every other month... But Medal events should come every month with some extra ores without new equipment like April month.

I’m loving the fireball attack w/druids. Have been using 8/9 druids w/2 titans & root riders, incredibly strong.

Double hero charge is stronger but you need to focus on queen and warden at once that's the only downfall
Easiest is fireball + mass rocket loons, super witches + Druids or healers is harder but very strong, double hero charge best but much harder.

There will still be the ore purchases with gems and raid medals, but not with the event currency because there isn’t an event.

As a fully maxed out th16, this is the only thing that I can grind until th17. So I’ll like to be able to do it more often .
