This is an easy skip for me.. even though it is, indeed beautiful. I do love the way you raised the crease shade to open up your eye more.. that is really flattering! Thanks for the review!
This looks absolutely gorgeous on you 😍, really, really gorgeous ❤ As you say, it's not a unique colour story and I'm very certain that it could be found in numerous other palettes. Therefore, I won't be getting it. This year I want to focus on cool toned palettes - I need more cool tones 😉 Happy New Year Jennifer Love you loads 💞🤍💞🤍💞🤍💞
Dior has come out with some gorgeous Quints in 2022 and I bought every one released except for the Holiday Quints as I had these shades many times already. What I did miss, until near the end of the year, was a lighter colour story such as this one. As soon as Golden Bouquet, Spring/Summer 2023 and Miss Dior was released, I grabbed them all and still loving them due to being summer in Australia. We certainly got some colourful Quints, which I absolutely loved, but was excited when something much lighter came out. As much as I love some colour, it's nice to wear something a little softer. A beautiful look Jen.🇦🇺💖🕊
You can now understand how it feels for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere who see releases that are totally out of season. When the lighter Quints of Spring/Summer 2023, Miss Dior and Golden Bouquet were released, it was perfect timing due to being Spring in Australia. I'm getting plenty of use from these Quints but I'm also not one to wear make-up seasonally. I do feel that these lighter shades still have a place in the cooler months and it's nice to shift them around.🇦🇺💖
Happy New Year! Thank you for the speedy review. The Sepia also looks a lot like Nude Dress (649) to me. Can you tell how similar it is? I’m not sure it’s different enough to make the investment worth it. Sepia looks stunning on you though : )
I just had a peek on the Dior website and they are similar but feel that Sepia is more warm leaning with the coppery tones, whereas Nude Dress has a more basic brown look. I do not own these, but was curious myself. I'm sure Jen can elaborate.🇦🇺💖
Oh I want to skip it, I really do. Because warm is so tough for me to wear. Although you liking it makes it tempting. Did you see Soft Petals? Yet another new one - more pink. Will you get that and show it to us? I know you typically get all the DIOR quints. 😉Also, I appreciate the reminder about cutting the crease higher. As always, your videos are a great watch. 🙏🏻
I would LUV a pink version of the original 468 - if the quality is the same. When will you receive it to review? I cannot find the new version you mentioned on the Dior site. Thanks for your detailed reviews. You brought me to adore Dior and I have soooo many! Looking forward to using them more following your 2023 tutorial videos.
Join the club! I overindulged last year, with many eye palettes still to arrive, amongst other items. I'm putting on the brakes this year and trying to only go for items I simply have to have or are reduced so low that I can't let a bargain that good go. Apart from that, it's going to be a miss.🇦🇺💖
@@nevertheless191 I'm such a bargain hunter that for me, sales are never ending. I can't tell when one begins or ends! I just purchased five Pat McGrath Motherships, a ND Midi-Palette in Sunrise and a stack of Burberry on the way. The Dior Quints released last year felt unique to me which is why I went for every one. I only missed the Holiday release but did buy both Backstage Eye Palettes which I collect. I tried a bunch of new brands that I hadn't tried before, which will help in future. I bought three Dior Quints that have me covered over summer plus everything else too. Restraint is the word I'll try to remember this year!💖
I'm liking this one very much. It just looks as my perfect idea of make up, a bit of shine, soft look. I 'm sure I have tonalities like this but the shade that it is a bit peachy, I just love it. I will make a look at my palettes, cause I really want to buy less and use more what I have...(cause I'm really begining to have a big collection and in theory I'm not a makeup person...) But It's to pretty and I know I'm buying it. Who I'm gonna lie...
Does anyone remember that NARS palette that came out so many years ago that was so incredibly popular, everyone had it. It was a beautiful summer terracotta eyeshadow palette, do you think this might be a dupe? I wish NARS would come back out with that eyeshadow palette!
Poncho doesn't have any peach tones, nor the coppery ones like this palette. Someone else remarked that it looked like Nude Dress, which it does come close, yet still different. Sepia appears to be slightly warmer leaning due to the copper shades and the peach is very pretty. After buying every Quint released last year, except for the Holiday release, I've covered much territory and will be slowing down this year. That's after the rest of my five Pat McGrath Motherships arrive and Natasha Denona's Sunrise Palette. Then the Burberry haul too! I'm done!!🇦🇺💖
Wow. The crease color complements your hair spectacularly! Stunning quint on you. The colors I would use most are similar to Nude Dress.

Happy Tuesday Everyone
Monday 😅
A Happy Tuesday back to you! Okay, spill the beans, what state are you in?🇦🇺💖
@@elenapolshakov3837 Not for everyone! It's definitely Tuesday here and almost midday!!🇦🇺💖
Love the red lip Jenn.... the palette is very pretty but also very repetitive for my collection...
I absolutely agree about the shadow on the lower part of the eye, it's softer and that what I do also.
Yes. It is also similar to Mitzah (not new) and some others. But I love their formula and quints. So pretty
Beautiful look. Nothing new, as you said, but still beautiful.
This looks absolutely gorgeous on you 😍, really, really gorgeous ❤

Happy New Year Jennifer!! You look gorgeous!! Thank you for the wonderful review!!
Thank you for the quick review. This pallet is gorgeous on you and you look stunning in the red lippie. Happy New Year🥳🥳

pretty and softer than the other version. However, I would be more inclined to wear this palette in late summer/fall. But handy.

Gorgeous quint! It looks great with the lipstick.

Love the look but yes, it is very similar to other palettes. I also like this kind of looks
Thank you for the review 🌷
Skip but love watching you and your detailed reviews 😊
Any comparison to Raffia from last year?
I really like the look you created ❤ Im not sure if I’m going to get it ( I’m also trying to be more mindful with my purchases)

@@krisushi1 same! I feel like I spent so much during all the sales (which honestly, begun in October.. ).

Do you mean the Summer Lights and Summer Nights palettes? I loved those! 💖
💖💖💖
Ps; it doesn’t show as limited edition on the Dior website… but that doesn’t mean it isn’t lol .
The look looks very similar to “Poncho” to me , can I ask how it compares to that ?

This is really similar to recent Dior summer quints from the last 2 yrs. Makes me wonder why now? Not very winter or spring. So confusing
Very pretty look! Not for me, but pretty.
Omg First Person
Look gorgeous
