I am very happy to hear about this merger even though I have not had the experience of flying with Hawaiian airlines yet. I do want to say I have recently flown twice with Alaska Airlines and they have become my favorite airlines to fly because of their access to customer service with a live person on the phone without a 30 minute wait as well as a live agent at the airport to help people with disabilities/travel issues .
