Good tip. I use coat hanger wire bent in u shape and then vise grips to clamp on both open ends.
If you are still seeing these comments just know you helped a brother out today! Thank you!
Zip tie trick works! Saved me
Thank you! that made taking mine off WAYY easier!
Worked like a charm!! Thank you! ✌
My buddy's got a 150 xcw and when he was changing his pipe neither of us could get the spring off for at least 20 minutes cause we didn't want to brake it. Wish we actually looked up a vid for it.👍🏻
Yea, stuff that that can be frustrating. It looks so simple, so when it takes that long I get annoyed.
Brilliant
Hey I ride hare scrambles in North Carolina so if you want to see some mud go to Denver and watch the mini class that's mine.I love your videos keep it up.
That looked slick. Those trails look fast and fun too. One of these days I'll travel a bit and hit up some other series.
Zip ties are the duct tape of the fastener world. Wait what?
Hey why rush racing! I will have my first race at big springs Kansas and I was wondering if you will race there also
Ramrod, good luck on your first race. I won't be at the Big Springs race. MHSC is having a race that weekend too and I plan on being there. From what I recall, Big Springs looks like a pretty neat coarse. I believe it even incorporates an EnduroCross Track.
Life saver! Lol
Just buy a cheap spring tool. Tusk makes one for 6 dollars.
I looked at that, but with the tip being similar to what I was already using I was afraid that it would also bend out over time. Also, what I like about my zip-ty is that I don't have to worry about hooking the pipe loop. For me, that was the biggest challenge.
Why Rush? Racing it is much more robust than the pick you where using, while wing much more sounder than the one you have now.
