Yeah, got run over by a car, which already caused internal bleeding, took a round in the back to protect his wife and STILL after all that the first thing he say when he wakes up is asking Hae-In if she's okay. I think at this point, we can all agree, Hyun-Woo is a certified badass.

Somehow still able to wake up in the morning after surgery. Seems like his power from MLFTS is still there. They should put him in coma for 3 months to make the final episode more tense. Show us how Haein would react when Hunwoo is at the death door. Nevertheless, I enjoy the run. I want more of them

Perfect ecene. Has he got best supporting actor here? Eunsung childhood is pitiful abandoned by his wicked mother. He isn't actually totally villain here. The Eunsung character adds thrill to the story plus the actor is also very good in acting and good looking too lol! As a kdrama watcher, we already know that of course Hyunwoo will survive ..

man hyun woo is fucking tough, my man got hit by a car has injured ribs and still came grasping to save hae-in and in pursuit took a gun shot, hae-in is not only his love, my man has literally devoted his soul and life to her, and even though i felt bad for eun-sung 's death, but he will never even come close to hyun woo in describing the true meaning of love, he has to reborn 100 times to be like hyun woo, and after regaining consciousness the first thing he asked is Hae-in okay, man this guy is an alpha male

The scream for "help us!" really fierce to my heart
It might be just me but as much as I wanted Eunsung to face the worst end and I'd still choose this one for him again and again, I cried the most at his death too. And I'm still crying watching this scene again. The way Park Sunghoon has acted, I can feel his pain through the screen. Eunsung lived a miserable life, desperate for affection and attention. Little Hae-in was the only person who showed him anything close to attention, and with the upbringing he had, the kind of "love" he had seen in his mom's actions, he only learned to do it the wrong way. He deserved punishment for every bad thing he did throughout. But he was the most pitiful character too. Poor little eunsung's soul was destroyed by his witch mother.

I feel so bad for Eunsung 😢 the sadness in his eyes and in his voice, mixed with heartbreak when Haein rejected him…all he wanted was to be loved but he never got it and died such a tragic death 😭 his mom ruined him…but you also can’t force someone to love you either…I would rather his mom died and he served his time in prison
A very nostalgic kdrama that will hit its mark for a very long time. We will miss Hae-in & Hyun-woo's characters who were born to truly love each other with their heart. Thank you to all the people behind this masterpiece ❤

honestly if i ever think of how eunsong should've acted when haein despite all manipulation and treachery selects not to go with him I would've thought he should've shot himself how can you ever point a weapon at a person you claim to love.
he was desperate and obsessive but even in most darkest moment he shouldn't have tried to shoot haein.
THIS!!! i mean, i can understand people feeling bad for him, but here's the thing: he was PURPOSEFULLY about to gun down Hae-In just because she didnt like him. I'm sorry but i don't care what amount of trauma you have, that was a CONSCIOUS choice from him. Do i feel bad for what his mother made him endure, Yes, and i think we will all agree that she deserved every bullshit that she will get in the future, and that, if she actually loved him, he wouldnt have turn out like that. But do i feel bad for him, HELL NO!! At the end of the day, it was still his choices to act like that, and it was also his choice to try shot her down

@@DarkAnon100 that's also kinda what I infer he was obsessed with her probably he was too curious about Hong family cause his mom left him for them and then he sees haein he's smitten on first encounter afterwards in US in college haein is a beautiful smart and intimidating young woman who he just wants to possess maybe he wants to take something from the queen's and it's haein, although we don't get how his obsession begins this seems to be the backstory

Haven't watched yet! I just finished watching Alchemy of Souls! And I'm so impressed of the acting of the young generation in the series! It's definitely tears pouring in many of the episodes of Alchemy of Souls! I've just started watching many series of the Korean films! It's a huge change of pace! Whether you have to read subtitles, or listen to the English format of a movie! I've really enjoyed watching the selection of the Korean movies/series. Alchemy of Souls has been my favorite thus far of a few different series I've watched already! It's really hard at times for me cause I have gotten to learn the predictive programming! On watching anything on TV! Never the less! The deep meaning in Alchemy of Souls! That series will be with me for a long time! The impact it did to my soul is very overwhelming. BULGASAL: Immortal Souls! Was another great series! But Alchemy of Souls! Was just absolutely amazing! Hats off to the cast of the series, and the younger generation that was in AOS! Even though parts of the episodes at times would be thrown off on some out there crazy acting! That were funny/cute! As a series as a whole itself! Just amazing! The older I get, the more of an old sap! And I cry at the drop of a hat! Lol! A love story hasn't hit me deeply as AOS! It's been since watching The ThornBirds! Another great series for it's time! That also had an impact on my life! Now I'm giving away my age!🤷🤣😂🤭. Anyhoo! Thank you Netflix Korean! Hope to watch more great shows as I have been lately on Korean platform, go figure!!🤷🤦🤷😂🤭🤗❤️🔥🙋. I felt bad for Eun-sung in the end. He deserved some kind of redemption arc, even if it meant serving time. He was a victim of his mother's neglect and abandonment. And even when she got all that money, she didn't care about Eun-sung at all!

As much as I get they wanted to make sure Eunsung couldnt come back for revenge, police shooting him dead seemed unrealistic... Police would've shot to disarm, not kill. Would be a PR nightmare on just how many bullets were shot and towards fatal spots...

Eun sungs character is honestly tragic if you think about it, he's always been desperate for love and affection, but he was always overlooked and disregarded by his own mother, and now the girl he loves so much can't reciprocate his feelings drives him crazy to the point of using force and threats. his life is just really sad.
Eun-Sung was such a hated character... and thats what makes Park Sung Hoon such an amazing actor.

Eun sung your biggest mistake was to love your mother. I know you loved her because that's why you always saved her even though you know her bad doings ,you wanted to save her even in the ep 16 because you just hoped she will see you without any fakeness ,she will give you that motherly love ,but you trusted wrong person . But that doesn't justify what he did to our couple ,to haein and most importantly to that husband who love her wife so dearly . You can break anything but not a husband's love for her wife ,I think deep down you also understood that in last two episodes
