Hi, you shouldn't stop yourself from sneezing since it's a natural process of cleaning out your upper respiratory tract from bacteria accumulating there. So please let the cucumber alone rest in peace😁Overthinking is the brake of internal development because it doesn't let us feel free and confident, but on the other hand it makes us more demanding for ourselves. In general, overthinking is a tough burden for those who want to be flawless, and it's already a psychological issue. I do have this problem. I'd rather write than speak my mind in English. I only share my train of thoughts, it might be wrong...I much appreciate your choice of topics, they always are thought provoking. Despite taking all the necessary steps and considering the consequences, I can't change or reverse a predetermined fate. So, overthinking can consume you, draining your energy and leaving you exhausted. Secondly, I am happy that a year has passed on this truly wonderful channel. Entering the world of listening to English channels was completely unplanned, though I am not far from English due to my previous studies and work. It was purely by chance, as I was enjoying watching an Agatha Christie story every day. Then, some podcast suggestions started appearing, and there was an episode where you talked about your journey, how you worked at a restaurant or made sandwiches, something like that. That talk, the simplicity and honesty, caught my attention. Then, I started following episode after episode. Truly, they are filled with great benefit and pleasure. Thank you, Teacher Gid. And it will help you to get the viewers that you deserve, because I saw you by chance between the huge amount of podcast for english learners (the episode with Veronika) and I could aprecciate your talent. Maybe nowadays you don't have the biggest community, but maybe wether one of the most faithful communitys.
Hello, Gideon Could you give some advice about the best way to enhance English vocabulary? Is it just to write and learn by heart all unknown words from texts and books or not to get hung up about it and just try to get common context without knowing every single word?
Well, we can't expect that in real life people are going to talk to us in same prepared phrases, right? So we should be ready for different ways of greetings, goodbyes etc. Overtaking is my number one problem for the time being and I learn how to overcome this.
I would be most grateful if you could address the camera resolution issues I encountered today in the upcoming episodes. I sincerely hope you can muster the courage to tackle this matter and find a way to remedy it. Most importantly, please don't lose sleep over my suggestion, dear Tr Gideon. As the saying goes, "a stitch in time saves nine," so it’s best not to overthink it and just crack on with the fix.
Gideon I think it will be great to start reading and demonstrating vocabulary from novels like Sherlock Holmes Alice in the wonderland or any other novels that doesn't have copyright. I think it will be better to stick to a whole novel

Hello Gideon! I'm a overthinker. I'm sways obsessed with one thought after another that totally unsettled my inner peace. I sometime can't go a sound sleep and toss over for two or three hours before to have a real slumber. This all starts when things don't go according my way. Thanks for such psychological topic. Could anybody suggest me some tips to come over this?
Is Gideon a common or a rare name in the UK? I've never known anyone who was called Gideon. We have here the name Gedeon as well but i might see more pink crows than Gedeons. It sounds to me like a name was given to a Companion of the Round Table in the Middle Ages. No offense, just curiosity! 😮
