Well in the past he was just a normal crewmate and player but then he found a strange goop that gave him powers but then it started to ask for killing and black died and the parasite/goop controlled black

They all have parasite forms except Gray. Gray is a crewmate. It's not like every impostor is gonna turn into their parasite form.
