As a 'senior years hobbyist', I finally took time to begin studying Power Shell. Your course is perfect for me to overcome my reluctance to dig deeper. Many thanks for both the content and the teaching style!
After Weeks of reading and viewing other utube videos I'd just about given up on Powershell. Thanks to your videos I'm back at it developing systems for our financial packages.
Amazing Series!!! I've been looking for this for a long time! Thank you! As a newbie, this is informative and, more importantly, understanding the foundational principles.
I enjoyed the first episode.am an Engineer. Have looked high and low, tested many you tube and other tutorial. Nothing was clicking until I stumbled Across your powershell videos. Excellent. I can say with hand on my heart that on few people like yourself can do what you do.!*
@ABMedia, this is a brilliant course. As an engineer, it is important for us to understand the low and high level of a given language which you have covered here very well. You have iterated over the most important aspects to drill it in, so thank you. I would love to buy you a coffee, if you have this as paid on any platform please let me know so that I can buy this.
Thanks for your comment! I don't currently have any way of accepting donations, and the course isn't actually finished yet, there's still an Episode 10 and 11 to be made, so I'd feel a little weird accepting money for anything until I've fully completed all 11 episodes of it! I'm just happy you've found it helpful :) But that being said I will look into providing a donation method and I'll let you know when I've got something!
I recenly started to learn powershell ,your style of explanation on the very fundamental structure of powershell is so clear and friendly for a beginner.(For coding, I only familiar with vba) I am so glad I found this channel, so nice. I've subscribed and opened all notification, thank you.
Really excellent!! Thanks for walking through the longer version of get-command using a pipe to a where clause before explaining that abbreviated version of get-command *searchterm* exists. I like that level of background detail! Thinking of background detail, the functional relationships between CLR/.NET/Powershell/Modules was very helpful. I really hope you will talk about how to use PS to interact with .NET.
Yep, it's really important for me to make sure I convey and clarify that complete understanding all the way through. I'll keep bringing up previously-mentioned ideas in new scenarios to make sure they stick really nicely. As for talking about interacting with .NET, I most certainly do. I might even argue it's brought up a touch too much, in hindsight, for what the series is. But I was very careful about what would be useful for all and I think it's quite balanced in the end
Perhaps the very best channel when it comes to powershell!
3 years later and your videos are still helping us newbies to powershell! Thank you for making it so interesting and easy to understand ad stay tuned.
Hey, dude, thank you so much, I've never met such a clear and good explanation, be blessed man!!!
Cool! Glad to hear it!
