Hey guys, u/CharedditTheSecond, creator of 0:17 here. Here's how to create Atarified sprites like I did. First take your sprite, Deltarune-related or not. Step two, make a new layer, change all the colors in the new layer except for the transparent part into a singular color in the Atari 2600 pallette, set the new layer to transparent temporarily, "erase-trace" over details you wish to be kept, shrink the image 50% (nearest neighbor, of course), edit it to look better, delete the original layer of the sprite, set opacity of atari layer to 100%, and there you go!
