I unsubcribed from Mortismal for one simple reason: I think he didn't even mention in his review how TERRIBLE the "puzzles" were. In my opinion he lied by omission so I cannot trust his opinion anymore. I believe he had some secret motive to post a positive review.
Shill Up isn't based at all. If anything he leans hard to the woke side. I have seen him bend over backwards making excuses for problems in woke games. Needless to say I was surprised when he came out with his review of DA The Veilguard. I'm guessing that little bit of integrity he has wouldn't let him bend over to the extreme he would need to give that game a good review.

I thought if he really did 100% this game, requiring multiple playthroughs, then he would see the woke shit that Bioware hid in their games but he didnt and decided to defend this game instead of his viewers. I hopes he turns it around and help us gamers out but I highly doubt it. Heck his follow up video about his plans didn't even address the shilling so if he falls then he got noone to blame but himself

It's not even that you're forced to be a good guy hero. Good guys can be put in difficult scenarios with difficult choices. They can still struggle with their own bad parts. If anything, RPGs have generally done "good guys" poorly, because you get the choice of be super good nice guy or randomly murder peope. It's that you have to coddle your weird companions and whatnot. You're not even a good guy, you're just acceptable to their tastes.

There's another reviewer called Twigmaster Gaming who does the 100% thing except he's not woke and focuses on weird indie titles that don't get very much attention.
Skill up is not based he is more antithetical and looks at things differently than most gamers. I wouldn't say he's a fence sitter, but he also doesn't always just say it's just bad. We'll some times he does but he definitely says why it's bad not just the games bad don't buy it. He said it's his opinion and you have to make your own. I saw the cut scenes and all the nonsense leading up to release and i said nope 🙅♂️ not buying this slop. Mortisol I actually thought had some good takes but to say this game is good is laughable. Also I am a fan of Bethesda and fallout and skyrim and have played through them many times starfield I play once and gave up what a terrible game im glad I played it on gamepass and didn't spend full price I have rebought fallout series and elderscrolls series on different consoles over the years but starfield to me is a sign the new elderscrolls is not going to be good and I'm sad.
