I never got into the professional scene of any game, but warcraft 3 tournaments were popular back in the day and there were much fewer tournaments back then, so I watched for a while. And Grubby was amazing. I was playing Orc primarily at the time too, so yeah.
Brains shake when you jump cause the brain sits in fluid. Like shaking a water bottle. The water will be fine but it will move around. Jumping on a trampoline, is harmless.

This is reaally cool that you got Rank 1 again after 20 years. I know it's not that prestigious anymore but still - this game allows to do that after such a long time, and you doing it is great.

I think the trampoline thing is because you get taller and heavier so the physics affect you far more. When you're 50 pounds and 3 feet tall, none of it really hits you. Also being taller gives you a bigger sense of whiplash.
