    There is such a thing as fake ID! They can change their appearance. By putting on all types headgear and more. Which many professional criminals do. Im sorry about the part of people not being about to conceal their identity. It’s absolutely possible.
    The people in Texas all carry guns and criminals know that therefore crime is lower bec if they shoot the victims shoot back and they are dead. Therefore there is less crime! That’s the reason they aren’t afraid you carry a gun

    You ask him,

    "The language is פשוט the right of the people to bear arms..."
    (And accordingly, there's no room for interpretations.)
    But that's not true!! That's not the language of the second amendment. He omitted the first half----the whole context!!!
    This is the second amendment:
    A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
    Now you can start interpreting.... maybe only in context of militia....

    Shmueli, you were wondering why this gun things is a מחלוקת. He didn't answer you like a mentch. So let me explain.
    (By not presenting the other side, even if he thinks it's wrong, he's not doing justice to you. The gemara says we פסק'ן like בית הלל because they always explained the other side עירובין יג' ע''ב)
    First, people try to argue that the primary ענין is that states can have a well regulated militia. And that the right of the individual is only in that context of a militia.
    Also, people are saying that times have changed. And just like you wouldn't say that it's the right of an individual to have little nuclear bomb and F16 in their backyard, because it can cause mass destruction, so too, weapons today are much more dangerous and can result in insane mass shootings. And the founding fathers never had this in mind.
    Also, the second amendment, like the other amendments, was originally addressed to the Federal government. State governments, however, can restrict whatever they want. (Only after the Civil War, interpretations have changed-- "the incorporation doctrine"-- and the courts started applying them to states.)
    And btw, notice the hypocrisy: he wants a tiny federal government that doesn't mix into States' business and yet he wants that a silly amendment in the Federal Constitution should restrict all the states on what they could do....
    It's very helpful to carefully analyze all צדדים on a topic...
