That flip the guy did at 2:14 is exactly why I don't like stability balls lol. But there were a lot of great tips in this video for keeping a good diet and exercise routine. I really admire celebrities that can keep up with these regimens to stay in shape no matter how problematic their lives get. That being said, I'd also understand if they gain weight now and then, because it's natural to want to just enjoy what you eat in life without worrying about what you look like.

My workout and diet is cardio a lot of sprinting in terms of a diet I do 16:8 fasting and Keto. I've been doing this kind of stuff for almost I would say six months and so far I lost 60 pounds I used to be 250 now I am 190. A lot of people don't understand fasting is not a starvation diet, it is a way to become fat adapted where you force your body to not store carbohydrates and fats to just constantly burn the s***! Most importantly when this happens you are fat adapted you don't get hungry as much you have a s*** ton of energy you basically feel like your supercharged like the freaking Energizer Bunny at least that's my experience. The biggest thing about my workout and my diet I stay away from junk food stay away from fast food these days fast food has a chemical called plastiid whatever the f*** you call it; it can cause reproduction issues there was a medical study last month that it can accelerate symptoms of covid-19.. not to mention this chemical scientifically wise was mentioned last year and this year in the Washington Post and in the New York Times, because the FDA labeled this chemical unharmful because of the low-percentage it has.. even though it can cause reproduction issues it can accelerate any kind of sickness including covid-19, and most importantly it can fuc up your liver because it is a harmful chemical. Of course the FDA is going to say it's not going to hurt you because they're getting money from places like Burger King or McDonald's that's the reason why healthy food is expensive and bad food is cheap, because they want you to be unhealthy just like doctors they want people to be unhealthy because if you're Healthy all the time how the f*** they are supposed to make money.. think about the irony doctors tell you not to do keto and fasting even though keto and fasting is mentioned on page 492 of the main book of the American Heart Association!
