The cemetery has so many individual stories. Thank you for sharing some of them. The town is so rich in history. Not sure you’re still going to do the Route 66 vlog but if you do, I know you'll do it justice as your attention to detail is excellent. The clown collection was awesome.

The remains of this internment camp represent a very sad chapter in American history. So many Japanese Americans lost their possessions, homes and businesses before and after their stay. The old cemetery was quite fascinating. As for the "Clown Motel", I'm glad you vlogged it and spent the night there, Jordan. Cause I AM one of those people that IS freaked out by clowns so your visit is as close to that place as I'll ever get! LOL

Oh man, I watched Killer Clowns from Outer Space growing up. That is a cool little town. Clown don't scare me, but I know people that would sleep in the car rather than stay in that place. Thanks for sharing the stories of those in the cemetery. Great vlog as always.

Thank you for showing the internment camp for some of the Japanese Americans were sent during WW2. It’s shameful that they had to endure being treated like the enemy when they weren’t the enemy. It was so wrong. The Clown Motel is a fascinating place with creepy and not so creepy clowns. It was interesting to hearing about a lot of the citizens who are buried in that cemetery. You’re braver than I would be staying in that room. Thank you for all you do for us Lionhearts. We appreciate it. God bless

Thanks for staying there and documenting it so I don't have to. I have had a fear of clowns since I was two years old and my appendix ruptured. I was in pain and they had a clown visit me in the hospital. No clowns for me! I think it's odd how some cemeteries have wooden tombstones out west. Cool but odd. Thanks for this vlog. I'm not going near this place.

In Karate kid, Mr. Miaghi's wife died giving birth at the Manzanar relocation center.

  • @cisio64123
    @cisio64123 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

Because of The Karate Kid I knew exactly what Manzanar was as Mr Miyagi's wife was held and died in childbirth there while he served in the 442 regiment. Pat Morita himself was sent to one of those camps so it was poignant that backstory was included in the film. The watchtower confirmed it for me and was powerful in slamming home that these Japanese Americans were being held prisoner just because of their heritage. It's a awful and shameful part of our history so it's not surprising that's it's quickly glossed over in school.

How cool!!! You showed me my first old car from way back in 1976 - the classic Datsun ,240Z!!!! I had a friend in the early ,1970's. That had one and I loved it so much, I bought one when I was 19 yrs old, and I learned how to drive it after I bought it as it was a stick shift!! It was fast and faster and I loved it . Thanks for showing them!!!!Great memories!!! Attaboy, Jordan and Jah!!!!!

It was pretty harsh to put Japanese Americans in internment camps especially in the scorching desert heat of Nevada but that was how it was in World War 2 days. Interesting find.

Hi Jordan, what a beautiful drive out. I would love to stop at this Motel as, like yourself, clowns don't bother me, in fact, I like them. I remember watching Zak Bagans on Ghost Adventures stop here, which I thought was brave of him as he doesn't like clowns at all. I liked the clown tree. I remember seeing some of these pictures at relatives houses aswell. Great vlog Jordan.

I figured nothing really bad was going to happen but one never knows why that is. Nice seeing Emmet Kelly, Buster Keaton, Red Skelton and Chuckles the Clown in the collection. When we took a tour to Italy we stayed in an old monastery in Assisi converted into a hotel for tourists. Everyone said they were harassed by spirits except us and another couple. We had the most peaceful sleep there from our whole trip to Italy. So glad you had a peaceful stay at the Clown Motel as well. Nice tribute to those who lost their lives in that town as well as the abandoned Japanese Internment Camp. My supervisor from my first government job after my high school graduation was one of those children imprisoned. She was in charge of our medical transcription department. Her personality could light up a room despite all those bad memories she must have gone through. Thanks Jordan once again for bringing these facts to us so we can never forget. ❤️🙏🏻🌹🌵🥀

Not for the person terrified of clowns, but looks like a really cool place. I'm not terrified, but I'm sure some are. I really liked the Emmett Kelley paintings. I live about a mile from Emmett Kelley Rd where he grew up! So sad about the miners. Thanks for stopping at that internment camp. Many people may not like what happened in the past, but history is history and we should all learn from it. Thanks for another wonderful 👏 vlog. Give Jah a good ole scratch behind the ears!

Room 111 was the room my brother and I stayed in a few weeks ago... My bed was the first bed as you enter, I was not going to sleeping next to that painting of Regan .LOL!!! As I was resting I felt three fingers brush downward on my right arm, not just once, but twice. Then I used my K2 meter while resting on the bed and the meter picked up a float EMF to the left of the bed. We heard heavy foot steps coming from the room above us/ Not sure if it was the tenant walking back and forth, but found it a bit odd. No one can be that fidgety I am definitely going to spend three days there next time..

This was so interesting! I enjoyed the video. We are a resident, here in Las Vegas I have heard about the 🤡 clown motel place, it's so many stories it's changed each person telling it now. I always wondered about it. What was true/false about the motel. The sighn even looks scary also. Wondering if it is possible haunted?.......
Las Vegas, definitely has so much to do! So much to explore!.....
I'm so glad you are showing different places in Las Vegas.

Hello Jordan i am from Singapore i am coming 40 next month. Thank u so much for sharing with us your eerie experience of staying there at the Clown motel. To be SUPER honest with u there are many youtubers who uploaded their videos sharing their eerie experiences staying at this Clown motel but i find your video is the BEST! First of all your video is only 31 minutes. Honestly i will not watch any youtuber video if the video is close to 1 hour! Second u only focus on the important details of the motel. As a youtuber whichever place u go to if u really want to share with people your experience then u should only focus on the important details of that place! I really hope other youtubers who watch your video will follow your style so that the video will not be LONG winded! Thank u very much.

Nice video. I stayed at the clown motel for novelty sake and not to experience paranormal. Frankly, I don't believe in that stuff. The owner was cool and very friendly. Alot of stray cats were living at the motel. I rescued a kitten trapped in some debris behind the motel and the owner helped me clean her up and then I took her back outside until Mama cat came and carried her off.
Thanks for respecting the cemetery and not exploiting it as haunted. I have seen other videos of people making comments, "Oh, this graveyard is sinister...I feel a bad presence...is that a shadow figure...OMG, something grabbed my leg!!"
Its a charming quaint cemetery. Nothing eery about it. I enjoyed walking through it reading the names and thinking about the people and the children that had passed on.
Interesting town. I wish I had more time to look around and check out the historic mining park.

Man, can you imagine waking up to that clown painting forgetting where you are at? Scary, one might think it's Linda Blair from the Exorcist in clown make up!

They taught as about Japanese Internment camps in High School but they didn't go in depth. So sad they did that to them.
