As a die hard fan of Digimon 1, I have to admit that this one was actually quite entertaining to watch. Also, Taiki may be a too goodie for some people, and he had moments in which he was kind of too selfless, but he went from someone who everyone steps on to become a respected leader for everyone around him, and he even didn't brag about it. I just wish his design matched better with his personality.
They tried to explain his selflessness in the manga but even there it didnt feel super convincing. Still I think he was the perfect example for shoutmon who had to learn to be more selfless

In the anime the explanation was that he didn't help a kid who had been hit on the head, and was sent to the hospital with what was an actual bad injury, but Taiki had just walked by instead of helping. A trauma like this at that age can define a personality. What's the explanation in the manga?

I will admit that Fusion isn’t as good as the older shows objectively, but it was how I discovered Digimon as a kid so I got the biggest soft spot for it

The first half of Xros wars was the best In the second half (with the blue dragon) they just make it so only two characters can be fused at a time for some dumb reason.

Incluyendo el que (si es que no me equívoco, claro) incluso de los 7 protas, junto a Davis/Daisuke (uno de mis favoritos xD) nunca tuvo un momento donde su compañero se salió de control (Tai/Taichi tuvo lo de SkullGreymon, Takato lo de Megidramon, Takuya se volvió loco cuando digievolucionó a Burningreymon por primera vez, a Marcus/Masaru le paso lo del modo Ruina con ShineGreymon, y a Tagiru le paso lo del Xros up de Arresterdramon con GigaBreakdramon saliendose brevemente de control) Pero, sin duda este tema, la versipn X7, y el Tagiru Chikara, son de los mejores soundtracks de toda la franquicia (hablo de al nivel de todos los anteriores, uf Brave Heart, Beat Hit, One Vision, The Last Element, y Believer solo por decir algunos xD) el solo de piano al principio es brutal :D

i loved this series wish the localization was handled better especially since anime is so common in the west i dont think there was a need to change the human characters names but this series had a great story just wish it was better handled over here
i just hope they dont make it so darn gloomy like tri.i was in utter disbelieve that the pacing of tri,but watched on hoping for some improvement,but it never came...everyone else commenting were all going like,oh the nostalgia....,but all i felt was a disconnect.

Xros Wars is not my favorite Digimon series. It tossed a lot of the conventions that I was so used to that it took awhile to get past them. The dub, which is the worst dub in my humble opinion, didn't help. I had to try a few times to give it a fair shot. It still doesn't outrank everything before it, but I see it as a good series with a lot of great ideas that I wouldn't mind being revisited some day. If you haven't watched this, then watch the sub. This is the only series where I consider the dub to be too butchered compared to the sub to even bother, but that is just my opinion.
@@BirdOfTheEnd I'll applaud Applimon for the logical use of smart phone apps to base new Digimon off of, but it came off as a rip-off to me. Like it was trying to emulate Digimon instead of being it at times. Nothing wrong with trying something new and it did some cool things. I guess that I haven't sat with it long enough to appreciate it properly.
Yeah, I'm gonna change this because for some reason I tought Digimon Fusion was someway RELATED to Digimon Xros Wars.... Hunters still sucks to me, of course.

If these two aren't the worst ones, I don't know who would.
