Why are there never long lines at these small carnivals but at major ones like Moomba the lines are backed up to the path?

There’s a heck of a lot more people living in Melbourne compared to emerald so there will obviously be a lot more people at Moomba hence the long lines, also no limit still got a decent line when it was busiest at emerald but nothing compared to Melbourne.

@@360coasters Brisbane which is a 10hour drive, emeralds population is only 15k so it’s pretty small
