My Main build for my main hero, Cecilion: MAGE BUILD: Demon Boots CoD Lighting Truncheon Necklace of Durance(If enemy depending on heal and shield) Divine Glaive (for tankiness) Holy Crystal MAGE DEF BUILD: Demon Boots CoD Lighting Truncheon Dominance Ice (for more mana, reduce attck speed and slow mvment speed) Twilight Armor (reduce the attck dmg and for the safety of Cecilion) Winter Truncheon ( can be replace by Holly Crystal and Divine Glaive)
Cecilion should build some defence items according to the enemy team. All magic damage items are good but if your team can't cover you, you are dead and no more damage :v At least, live longer to deal more damage. Ex: Just need Eudora to flicker and use lock target on you, all combo, and then your team lost main source damage
@@mlprogression do you even understand what i mean? You made a video to show how to fast stack. In that video you only made 93 by minute 5. I don’t think 130 is within your reach by minute 5... just grind it? Until minute 7? Did you missed the whole logic of “can you get x by x time”? Or am i missing something here? If you think 90-100 stacks by min 5 is good, you have a pretty low standard.

I suggest instead of fire, to use bloody retribution, get some extra healing in, but that's just me

It depends on the hero! It' much more important to gain stacks at ceceilion, because this will benefit you big time in late game.
