I'm trying this today, except for noodles I'm doing rice. I love this video!!!! You and your sister going down memory lane, it made me remember as a kid, breakfast back then was bake or homemade bread with pumpkin or choka, things that was grown in the yard. And when my elder siblings did their summer job, was the same. They would buy, corn flakes and all those stuff. Was nice memories. We really had either one snack or no snack. Snack used to be whatever fruit in season on the tree. I love love love, over love your channel ❤

To clean shrimp in shell use a paring knife , bend shrimp using knife tip to poke between shell & pull out poop string. Your shrimp will hold more sauce & tasty. I usually leave on d heads snip off d feelers. Dish will be more shrimp😊
Run water on the noodles and separate them after straining it helps stop the cooking process, and the 2x spicy sauce with wings is a must 🤤 but great video as usual aunty Helen is boss 🥰
Add a little more duck-meat fat, or oil to grease up all your veggies in your hot wok, keeps them from burning, before stir frying & blending in your pre-coated oiled starchy noodles in (sesame) flavored oil into the crisped veggies. Keep oily moisture levels to prevent scorching thin veggie pieces.

Sorry but, Use 2 metal shovels (laddles) to lift & drop items being crispied up in your hot oiled wok to prevent wet steam to accummulate into soggyness.
It looks soo good am sure it tasted real nice over nice lol you could also replace msg with Chief fish powder or Chinese powder seasoning without msg and it also gives the food the same enhancement, just a suggestion, love your Channel, stay guys 😋😁👍

Best wat to eat shrimp is boiled for a few mimutes and dumped on a newspaper or fig leaf and eat with pepper
