@@DEXPLORINGSOUL ok. It keeps your eyesight 6/6. No dust. No harsh light. No pollution. It helps a lot. Practising this since ages. With this technique. My eye sight is perfectly fine. You can try too.
But many people don’t exercise this as it add wight on ur face. Just like people don’t wear watch. As they don’t feel wearing it.
