Hi, I am from Maharashtra. Tried so many recepies after watching on TH-cam. But trust me, being Maharashtrian I liked your's one mostly. It was quite easy to cook also. Just one question can we add little bit Imli(Tamarind) or Kokum. Thanks for such receipe.
Thanks a lot for your kind words. Coming to tamarind, I don't think using in small amount will ruin it's taste rather it will add some flavour. If you don't want to take risk, give me some time I will update you once I try this.

It will taste same with paneer anything you want because you are tasting masala not the meat (shrimps, chicken, mutton, bricks, rocks etc.). In this recipe you are tasting the curry leaves not the shrimp.

It came out great 😊 Enjoyed it completely. I made it with coconut oil and marinated the prawns with some chilli powder, pepper and turmeric as well before pan frying it 😊 My first ever time making prawns 🍤
