They are going through alot while working, the stress while working make sure everything is ok and releasing the flights on time and make sure passports visas ain't fake. The job isn't easy not only officer the ground agent to ASM. So here a big Yeeyyyy to all of them for their hard work ❤
Stress always comes when doing the same thing again and again. Airport operations may be. But somebody have to do it. It's not a job for everybody then. Personally for me I need the job to be more dynamic, it need to be challenging , and it should push me to my limits. Have no idea about that kind of job. But at least to make a different I suggest airline to change their cubicles once a week so they will at least feel like doing a new job. It affects psychologically.

Loving words, pleasent smile and courtesy can be hardly find in sri lankan air line's customer service. Please assess your vertue with reality. And, implement necessary training to overcome the poor customer service problem that this air line is infamous for.
