The special episode was crazy to witness. The quality broked through the roof. The hype for the anime series is raised high as well but I hope they'll take their time on it. Fate/Strange Fake is something new and special to the Fate fandom after all.

Baccano praise in 2023? A miracle from God indeed. One of my favorite anime of all time. Even in the weaker episodes, the staff's ambition kept things visually engaging, despite the writing being entertaining enough to not require it. I do hope Strange Fake's production stays as strong as possible from start to finish. I wouldn't mind at all if Chainsaw Man was sacrificed for this anime's sake; I even welcome it actually. Lol.

Similar to how Peter Mckinnon does it. The transition between the music of the anime and your intro's music felt really odd 😅
Unfortunately, my intro's slightly too long for that. Any music longer than 10 seconds ends up at risk of a copyright claim. I do like to have plenty of clips throughout a video to let the music shine a bit though.
Since Narita also created Dead Mount Death Play and that's recently gotten an anime adaptation by Geektoys, what do you think about that one? It's getting a second cour in October.
While Fate/EXTRA Last Encore was still a disaster despite splitting it into 2 with random Carnival Phantasm episodes sprinkle to replace it on air, the suits seems to be more lenient when it comes to the Fate/ franchise (as they should) in the sense that they're willing to make at least bandaid fix however inadequate it is.
Canpiay my worries is that the story will be rushed especially because similar set up happen with fate apocrypha anime. Type moon are really lore base and so having them and So having the same studio who animated fate apocrypha worried me if the series will be properly adapted and how will this effect characters. I will say overall it looks good but I would say it note peak type moon right Lostbelt 6 was so amazing that if was animated it would make Fate Zero look like nothing. Not to mention while people are gushing over the anime people forgot good animation doesn't mean good story remember god of high school anime it look Amazing but had horrible directions. I believe we should wait and see if the anime follows theight novel and if the show quailty doesn't drop.Overall as a typemoon fan I cautiously excited for the anime and hope they don't fuck it up like Fate Apocrypha.
I don’t like the art quality. It wirey. I can see every lines in their hair. Gil’s face looks off. Idk I’m not digging the adaptation. Source material is insanely good so I doubt they can mess it up but it can be done better in my eyes.
They adapted the story on the best way possible. Even without the use of a narrator, it used visual imageries, foreshadowings and use of symbolisms as it tells what the viewers need to know. Not everything needs to be stated out. The best example of this is Tsubaki and Rider.
To be fair, many great animators and filmmakers got their start or did a lot of work for advertisements in their career. Main one I can think of from top of my head is Richard Williams, including an ad for cigarettes I believe. Hate the product, respect the talent being fostered or paid for.

I'd rather have the anime come out in 5 years than have a subpar adaptation of what has everything to be one of the best anime of the 2020s.
