I would also like to share some extra points regarding Koho which I might have skipped during the Video
1) The focus on Cleanliness is great and the rooms are really really well maintained.
2) It is a very new property and you might have to encounter development work which is highly appreciated since the owner is continuously working on improving the place.
3) The place has 2 caretakers (One Speaks Telugu and the other speaks
Hindi). Both of them are really nice.

It's a good co-living pg. I have gone there although didn't end up using it as i didn't like the co-living part. But if you are okay with that, it's pretty good.
If there are more like these co-hos please make video on tht or inform me if possible..
This looks good for single sharing but I guess renting 1bhk would be better

How much food cost per month if we choose vendor
Tried contacting the owner, unsuccessful. I have a few queries, would really help out if you can answer them. 1. I have a bigger than normal sized motorcycle as I'm a biker so parking is a high priority for me, how easy is it to get a parking there even by paying a nominal parking fee. 2. What is the expected cost to get a good food vendor there? 3. Can all of this be done in a monthly budget of 20k? (Single Sharing AC Room + 2 wheeler parking + food vendor)
Hi Ayoun, Sorry that you couldn't reach out to her.
1) Parking is available but its upon the owner to allow you or not (If you convince her, she may allow you to park for free)
2) As nominal as 3k, you can get a food vendor which gives you BF and Dinner (though the food can get highly repetitive)
3) Considering you share the room with someone, you can be under 20k though I feel If you take a single sharing room, you might be on the line or even may exceed it.
