THE NECESSARY LINKS ARE ON DESCRIPTION
Universities might require you to get a diploma or year 1 transcript (Ond or HND or A Level is acceptable) before you apply for bsc in universities.
But Universities of applied sciences might not require that. So that means youcan applywith just your legalized High School degree certificate and result .that's why you might want to consider UASes.
People with OND AND HND. I will advise that you apply for bsc.It's not bad at all just one year extra and you will have an opportunity for internship and immediate job placement.

Please check the country specific requirements of each university,so you will know what is required of you.
I will keep some links on description.
Most UAS tuition ranges from 3500~4500euro per year.
The enrollment fee is paid after you have gotten admission.
You can apply now and they will notify you when application starts to upload documents or any other information needed.
Some universities might need you to send documents by post.so please contact the admission dept email for further information.

yes ther eis a stay back, you need to go first before spouse can come , because you need to get your temp residence card , then they can use it to apply.
