***** Honestly, just starting playing an instrument, find friends (or people at your school) that also play music and start a band. You'll figure out everything as you go.

Does anyone know who that guy is? Was he an old drummer?
A lot of bands have like, "touring members." So it's someone who essentially isn't apart of the band but tags along on tour to assist with playing shows. Like, as a three part band i'm sure they do a lot of layering in the studio so he's probably there to play a fourth part that the three of them can't live, ya feel? Cause he's never been in any "official" photos of them?
+Skylar Ruloff he's Brad the original drummer for PVRIS but i believe they had problems with him so he left
+_PrayForPlagues_ he is in photos but really old ones because when they started their album he was no longer part of the band
