Enjoying your content! It’s important not to conflate natural with safe. Studies have shown tea tree, lavender and other essential oils to be endocrine disrupting and are not safe when TTC , for example. I’ve also found “clean” beauty is not always best for my skin. Coconut oils can be comedogenic, so we should be mindful of this if we have acne prone skin. Sharing in case others are trying to juggle all these variables!

You should get the disposable biodegradable face towels they have them on Amazon works great
I literally threw out pretty much all my skincare once I tried Bend Soap Co. Goatmilk soap. It cleared up my acne, eczema and makes your skin feel clean but also super moisturized and soft so I don’t even need moisturizer anymore! You can also use it as a face and body wash so now it’s all I use. So good. I think they partner with TH-camrs so you should reach out! Their products are SUPER affordable already but maybe they would send you some!

I wonder why people get cystic acne. One thing I can remember I don’t remember going to school with anyone who had it back in the 70s 80s.
